This case highlights a primary structural neck lift without facelift for a male patient seeking improvement in his lateral neck profile and cervicomental angle. He presented with submental fullness, separation of the midline platysma, and loss of cervical contour. Dr. Jowett performed a deep structural platysmaplasty under sedation, bringing the platysma together in the midline and resuspending the skin and muscle.
