How Your Coverage Works
Initial Consultations & Office Visits
Consultations are not covered through in-network benefits. Our billing team can submit a claim to your commercial insurer, but reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.
Key Detail: You will pay for your consultation upfront, and our billing team will promptly submit a claim to your commercial insurance using your out-of-network benefits. Any reimbursement will be sent directly to you by your insurance company.
Surgical Procedures
For eligible surgical care, we work with commercial insurers to request authorization and determine whether in-network benefits may apply. Authorization, coverage, and the final patient balance depend on the insurer and plan terms.

Medicare & Medicaid Policy
Hospital costs for reconstructive procedures are typically covered for patients with medicare and medicaid based helath insurance coverage, however there are out-of-pocket costs for professional services. Please contact our office for more information and financing options.
