Seeds of Wellness: A Hopi Family Workbook

- Collaborated with Hopi community leaders, healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary scholars to develop a culturally tailored wellness workbook and coloring book focused on multigenerational health promotion
- Conducted community assessment activities including presentations, stakeholder discussions, windshield surveys of the Hopi Reservation, public health data review, and cultural immersion experiences
- Identified key community concerns including food accessibility and awareness among youth, elder safety and mobility, and the integration of cultural traditions into health practices
- Developed interactive educational materials promoting preventive health behaviors and family-centered wellness conversations across generations
- Distributed physical wellness books during a community food distribution event and coordinated ongoing dissemination through the Hopi Cultural Center, Hopi Health Care Center, and local school partners
